KEDIT for Windows 1.5 Service Level 3

KEDIT for Windows 1.5 Service Level 3, released in January 1998, is the current maintenance release of KEDIT for Windows, with fixes for problems reported since the release of KEDIT for Windows 1.5 Service Level 1 in June 1996, and with a few minor enhancements.

KEDIT for Windows 1.5 users can download Service Level 3 via this Web page; there is no charge for the download. The maintenance release is being distributed in the form of a patch file that will convert your existing KEDIT for Windows 1.5 installation to Service Level 3.

To determine the version of KEDIT for Windows that you are currently running, you can use the Help About menu item from within KEDIT for Windows. This maintenance release is intended for users of KEDIT for Windows 1.5 Service Level 1, released in June 1996, KEDIT for Windows 1.5 Service Level 2, released in January 1997, or Service Level 3 Beta 2 or 3.

(If you have a test version of KEDIT for Windows 1.5 with a date other than June 17, 1996, January 20, 1997, August 20, 1997, or November 4, 1997, you will need to reinstall your original copy of KEDIT for Windows 1.5 before applying the patch file.)

The maintenance release is not applicable to users of KEDIT for Windows 1.0. Users of KEDIT for Windows 1.0 can contact Mansfield Software Group to purchase an upgrade to KEDIT for Windows 1.5, which will include the latest version of the module.
